Littledown School is committed to providing outstanding teaching opportunities at a level that is accessible for all pupils.

The school is currently transferring across to the revised 2014 National Curriculum. All changes are being completed in line with Government changes and to ensure continuity and progression for all pupils.

Staff are undergoing comprehensive training in relation to these changes to ensure teaching remains at a high standard.

The school curriculum comprises all learning and other experiences that each school plans for its pupils. The national curriculum forms one part of the school curriculum. Littledown provides a variety of enrichment sessions to ensure a breadth of experience is created. These include music days, Literacy projects, Sports activities as well as weekly reward visits for pupils who have achieved 85% of the points from the school’s reward system.
